ND, 6. September 2002:
1. "Vogels irony is focused on the macho-dreams of narrow minded people and the media that feeds them.
Vogel exposes the "dumhead" that mutates to a quiet hero as a laughable figure but still earns him the sympathy of the audience. A fascinating piece that plays with clichés and apparently unites diamerical opposites with ease.

2: Straight in your face! Vogel uses extravagant computer-animation and "real" handpuppets to pose the right question.

3: Kasper has had enough. Kasper is bored. With Gretel. Always the same, for years this relationship trap. Always the everyday routine. The pact with the devil comes at just the right time. He sends Kasper to the underworld.
There, Kasper falls in love with a seductive Amazona and gets trapped. Kasper
escapes back home, to Gretel. But the longings for hid dreamworldpull him back to
fighting and struggeling.
